Creating Snippets in Attention

Snippets allow you to extract and save specific portions of conversations for training, coaching, sharing best practices, or highlighting important moments.

What Are Snippets?

Snippets are:

  • Short clips from longer conversations (usually 30 seconds to 3 minutes)
  • Timestamped segments with context
  • Shareable moments you can send to team members or stakeholders
  • Training material for onboarding and coaching

Snippet Creation

During or After a Call:

  1. Open the conversation in Attention
  2. Navigate to the transcript view
  3. Find the moment you want to capture
  4. Select the text/timestamp range
  5. Click "Create Snippet" or similar button
  6. Add metadata:
    • Title (e.g., "Great objection handling - pricing concern")
    • Description
    • Tags/labels (e.g., "Objection Handling", "Pricing", "Best Practice")
    • Category (e.g., "Coaching", "Training", "Win Story")
  7. Save the snippet
